The close circle measurements of laser-induced white emission of graphene foam were performed. The measurements demonstrated the hysteresis loop dependent on excitation power. A notable reduction of the hysteresis loop area was observed upon decreasing excitation time. The origin of hysteresis loop is discussed in terms of formation of a metastable sp3 nanodomain within the graphene foam.
