Response to the Editor

We thank the Editor for the opportunity to respond to the comments raised in the letter to the editor by Hughes et al. (2024). We also thank Hughes et al. for their interest in our paper (Pu et al., 2024), but we do not believe there are “inaccuracies and contradictions” in our paper. Below we will respond to the comments raised by Hughes et al.
